CEO + Founder

Kenisha Darden is a strategic and methodical leader who brings a deep understanding of operations, client service, and systems management to every Real Estate transaction. With a background rooted in structure, precision, and people-centered service, she takes a systematic approach to helping clients stay organized, compliant, and confident from contract to close.

With over 20 years of experience as an administrative support professional and over a decade as a business owner, Kenisha has successfully operated a remote staffing company where she managed every aspect of business operations, including marketing, payroll, onboarding, client consulting, and administrative support. Her ability to mobilize teams and implement efficient operating procedures has resulted in significant reductions in processing delays and discrepancies.

Kenisha leveraged her process management skills and organizational leadership experience to pivot into Real Estate as a Transaction Coordinator. In this role, she helps agents and investors improve workflow efficiency, resolve documentation issues, maintain compliance, and reduce closing-day surprises—all while delivering a seamless, white glove experience at every phase of the transaction process.
